Soon as my daughter is a little older (at least another 5 years) I wil be back down there.
I decided what to do though.
Gonna keep the duplex in Fresno and let the money I am making off it build up. That way when I do move down again I can use that money to knock out the wall and have a 1800+ sq ft 4 BD 2 Bath 2 car garage all to myself.
