perhaps the bolts on the a-pipe were weak. you shouldn't use romex wire to hold a muffler to the frame.

Seriously, can you not read? The rubber piece came off of the muffler hanger and the hanger from the frame. It fell on the ground. The muffler hit the ground. I found the rubber piece. I put it back on. I went home. No problems.

I did not knock off the metal bracket, or bracketry as you would say.

maybe the weld quality of his cheap APC muffler wasnt all that good so that including the fact he probably didnt replace the rubber hangers, cause the muffler to break off the car

So far Sadiztik-R and Fujiwara Takumi are the only people that cannot understand all this. Does anyone else need me to explain it to them. Or they just absolutely stupid?

The freaking muffler did not break. The impact with the pavement just slid it off the hangers. People please read the rest of the post before typing.
