Seriously, can you not read? The rubber piece came off of the muffler hanger and the hanger from the frame. It fell on the ground. The muffler hit the ground. I found the rubber piece. I put it back on. I went home. No problems.
I did not knock off the metal bracket, or bracketry as you would say.
so let me get thsi straight, Internal Affairs was setting them up all along?
