I almost got into a fist fight the other day with a customer, but I kept my cool. Not worth the shit that was going to happen. Dealing with the general public is an art. I must say I haven't quite mastered it yet

Went to a huge crawfish boil today. Homemade boiled sausage, cloves of garlic, corn, whole potatoes, artichokes, and about 200lbs of crawfish. Good god it was fantastic.
