i'd say you hit the courts asap. the waiting period in the courts are rediculous. my parents divorce is still going on with no end in shight and it has already been a year gdamit. granted, divorce court is diff than small claims, but nonetheless.....

Ha reminds me of the situation I had in Phoenix. Everyone had to fill out all of these forms by Friday to get paid. Nobody did except me and a few other responsible guys. They get paid and we didn't! Then when that problem is fixed, the check they cut me had no per diem on it! Next weeks check was all per diem with no work hours! By the time everthing was straightened out they had to fork out $1800 all at once :loco:

Believe me I'm gonna do something about it, this is my last week working with that shit company. I'd better see some money this week. And you'd be wining to if this happened to you. h:

Good, they should be penalized to the fullest exent the law will allow. And I wouldn't be whining cause I'd never be in that situation, I don't get paid when im supposed to, they don't have a worker when they're supposed to

 

I didnt read the thread but I get paid every two weeks. If they misssed my pay day by 2-3 days I'd be pissed off. But 3 weeks I'd be gone

cuz he's your dad, he can make you work for free if he wants, some queer rules about supporting the family. i dunno, my dad used to pull that shit on me when i was like 12, he would pay me $4 and when i complained he threatened to make me work for free. his accountant said it was legit.

 

If you are a licensed employee, you have the same rights as everyone else. We won't even get into the child labor thing.
