Default My good deed for the day

I went to Subway to get lunch. The girl ahead of me took out her check book to pay, but Subway doesn't take checks. Then she realized she had no cash. I was just kinda chillin waiting for her to pay but it looked like she was about to get upset so I said I would buy her sandwich. I wasn't even trying to pick her up...for some reason I just felt compelled to do it. She said it was like the nicest thing someone ever did for her, and tried to write me a check. I told her not to worry about it, it was only 5 bucks.

I'm still not sure why I did that, or why I didn't get her name or number. I mean she wasn't hot or anything but chicks always have at least one hot friend--but I didn't do anything. When the hell did I become such a good samaritan?

It was probably more like you wanted her the hell out of your way and rather than watch the whole thing turn ugly (and wait for the whole ordeal to end) you decided to do what's best to get her out of your way so you could eat...

Or you're just a really nice guy. h:

5$ is a small price to pay to get those situations fixed.

Nah I wasn't in a hurry so that can't be it.

I think the reason I did it was because one time I took the bus to the grocery store and got like $80 worth of stuff, then when I went to pay realized I left my wallet on my desk. They put my groceries in the fridge and I had to take the bus back to my apartment, get my wallet, take the bus back to the grocery store, and then pay for it.

Karmic realignment or something.

that was a nice thing to do.

Either that or you would have to watch her get upset and leave without her sandwich, while you're still standing there.
