Betray "my" country? My country betrays me, and all the other drones who live here, my mismanageing money and simply taking more to compensate. They wage pointless wars in other countries and spend billions of dollars to do it, under the false giuse that they are "protecting" us, while americans die everyday cuz they cant afford the medicine to stay alive, they same medicine produced by publicly subsidized pharmaceutical companies whose prices are gauranteed by the sham they call the "world trade orgainization" which allows these companies to enjoy the freedoms of US commerce, while skirting the laws that are supposed to make it fair. I think it is a pretty simple answer, well atleast for me it is. If I have to betray my country to side with my friend, then my friend too is doing something to betray my country. I hope none of my friends ever betray this country, let alone try to influence me to do the same. They will no longer be my friend. I would betray my friend before my country.
