No but, i have no hate for Eclipses only those riced out or driven by riceboys.
And theres nothing "girlie" about a 99 GSX pushin 400whp...now is there??
No matter how you slice it, Mitsubishi still has an AWD turbo car available from factory...*uhumm* Honda can't say the same
the 2nd gen dsm GS-T and GSX are really nice machines. they're easily modable and can get tremendous gains from bolt-ons alone.
i just can't stand the eclipse driver that thinks just because they have a turbo, they're better than everyone. also, now that the value of the turbo'd models have come down, alot of ricers are getting their hands on them.

fact: eclipses are poser cars.
how many eclipses do you see winning races on a track with curves? none
hondas/bmws/mazdas are designed from the inside out. they have rigid chassis, good weight distrobution, well thought out powertrains...
eclipses were designed from the outside in. they started with a pretty design, and then they slapped wheels on it. the first two generations just happened to SEEM like fast cars because they came with one of the best engines out there. however, the suspension was crap, the trannys were crap, and the cars ended up being crap. the new eclipses are the same as the old ones, but without the single redeeming feature of the previous years.
needless to say, i want to spit on every eclipse i see that tries to be fast. sure you might blow me away in the straights, but ill school you in the twisties. sorry

a 99 GSX is around $14,500
if you go to an older model like a 95 GS-T, then you'll find those for $6,500 to $7,500
