I was the only kid to learn english first. As far as spanish, I can understand about 90% of it, I still get hesitant on speaking it, but when I am around people who speak it constantly, I'll pick it up very fast and won't have an accent when I speak.

Although if by "speak" you mean "able to say shit" then I can speak a lot more than just those.
