get a bar. get a rope about 5ft long. get a weight.
tie the rope onto the bar on one end. tie it to the weight on the other end.
stick your arms out straight holding the bar. the weight should be on the ground. slowly with your wrist, turn the bar so that you are realing the wieght up. when it gets up....turn the other way to bring the weight back down.
make sure the bar is not too narrow. if it is, put a towel over it, so you can maximize the grip.
