The production value is off the charts. When you're measuring the curvature of the earth to the placement of grass ... yeah, this is going to be digitally perfect when compared against real-life.

 

Well I paid off the rest of my pre-order and they said the new release is 1/11/11. He also said that when a release date is at the beginning of the month most of the time it is changed.

 

I'll be camped outside of bestbuy in 2058 for Gran Turismo 6, that's for sure.

i wonder how awesome the drifting will be.

although my supervisor keeps trying to talk me into getting a ps3 for black ops.

 

yeah they are using the ebrake lever out of a car and putting one of the switch at the end of it so when you lift up the lever it activates the ebrake.


do a search in youtube, there are people that took full front clips of cars and put a simulator together. some even use the same steering wheel as the car by hacking the g27 wheel and putting the cars steering wheel on it.

 

It looks as though Gran Turismo 5 will be making its much-anticipated debut sometime before the end of this year.

According to a report by Jalopnik, series creator Kazunori Yamauchi told the website during the SEMA automotive show that game disc are currently in production.

"The discs are being stamped as we speak," he said.

The report did not mention any possible release date. If what Kazunori says is true, the likelihood of Gran Turismo 5 coming in 2010 seems high. The game was recently delayed last month for unspecified reasons and was originally due to hit retailers today.

When asked for comment on the accuracy of the report, a Sony spokesperson told IGN, "We will have more details very soon on the gold master submission as well as launch date."
