i think that 400k swedish car's engine/tranny/chassis is probably based on some production car. just like how the mosler or whatever is almost completely based on the c5 corvette. but i dunno. just my stupid theories. can somebody verify?
and that yoo-hoo eurovan rocked. they were passing out fee yoo-hoo to everyone at the fairmont in SF. i saw one foo took a whole case

there's no "winner." the misinformed public thinks that it is some sort of dangerous cross-country race like the cannonball runs of the '70s. however, it's just a bunch of rich folks driving really fast and partying all night at 4-star hotels. they do it for the experience, thrill, comradery, etc.
