I'm in the same boat. I'll be graduating May 04 with an ME degree and I don't have an internship yet. I'll be taking summer school this summer too, so I don't know what I'm gonna do h:

thanks for the support. This was my plan B but its an idea for the rest of you guys. Try and find a research project with a prof. for the summer if you can't get the internship. I hear research projects are actually valued a lot more than internships b/c you really get a lot more hands-on experience. Plus you can do that and take classes at the same time.

Excelesor: going to be an mech. engineer. Hopefully for Honda one day. =)

Yeah my senior year I will be doing a senior design project, so that will help out a bit...but an internship would still be nice.

barely above 3.5(yes I am a nerd h: ) and as you engineering majors know, it just keeps falling. Hoping to keep it after this sem. I don't know why but it goes up in the fall and goes down in the spring. Its been like this for the past 2 1/2 yrs! I guess I get tired the second sem. and get lazy. I'm nearing the end of my degree, got 2 senior design classes, few labs, and technical area classes and I'm done. I just want to spread it out to 3 sems. instead of 2 to take it easier and enjoy college now that I'm nearing the end.
