ok, here is what happened:
there are two driveways leaving our campus. they are about 50 ft apart.
my friend, was pulling out of the southern most driveway as another kid was pulling out of the north driveway. the road they pulled out on is two lanes each direction, with a center turn lane. my friend pulled into the center turn lane and stopped waiting for a couple trucks to pass. but the kid who pulled out of the north drive also pulled into the center lane but hit the gas while whatching behind him.
he saw my friend at the last second and cranked the wheel, but clipped the rear end, sending my friend spinning. when he stopped spinng he was sitting with his drivers door perpendicular to oncoming traffic, which was the two 1/2 ton trucks. they didnt have time to react and hit my friend at almost the exact same time, doing about 50-55 mph. this caused his car to roll violently and he was launched out of the drivers side window.

i dont want to say how he landed because it still makes me feel sick thinking about it.
Oh that sucks Its hard to say then cause he should of yield to traffic yet the other drive should of been paying attention. Hope he makes it through and let us know what the outcome is.

Reno your the moron that can't accept a true statement. Grow some balls and be a man for once. You can post your opinion and I'll post mine. Whether you like my opinion or not does not matter.

And Nightshade don't stoop as low as MrFatBooty by editting my post.:madfawk: All I was posting was insight as to who would be consider at fault due to the limited amount of detail. Shit happens but instead of crying its better to learn from it so it can be prevented in the future.

My "initial" comments was based on his "initial" information. Any reasonable person would of thought he pulled out of the parking lot not seeing or yielding to traffic which has the right of way and got tboned. And I'm sure the person at fault would be the person that did not yield to traffic.

But regardless of who is at fault. A human life is more important.

So he should have yielded to the traffic that he was pushed into by another car?? Come on now man...get real.

Well initially he should of yield to traffic. If he never went out to the center lane he wouldn't of gotten hit. But the other driver that spun him should of been paying attention.
