That is because nobody will do the dirty work and admit that something obviously was at fault. First off the other driver that clipped him should of paid attention and should of been using the center lane to go forward. The truck driver was speeding in a school zone and couldn't stop in time, and lastly the seat belt mount should not of broke which resulted in him getting ejected.

Yes he got tboned but his injuries are mainly from getting ejected out of the car. In Nascar cars get tboned yet you don't see the drivers flying out.

Regardless somebody has to assume responsibility.

Look dude, sure someone has to take the responsibility. Fine, whatever. The fact is that you did the same thing the last time someone from here got hurt, and you're doing it again now. It's just not the thing to say. That's it.

That is how I am. I'll say the truth regardless of timing or if it is popular or unpopular. Nobody deserves to die, but if its due to negligence like the last time. Then don't expect sympathy from me.

However in this case initially I thought he was at fault. But now I have changed my views. Stop acting like a noob. Everybody should know by now that I say whatever I want whenever. I say it because nobody else will. If you ever been in a military you'll learn to say things regardless of timing because it can be crucial information.

If you didn't really have anything good to say from the beginning, there is no reason for you to have posted in this thread. X was asking for us to include his friend and family in our prayers...not asking us to decide who's fault the accident was. What's the point in discussing that in this thread? There is no point! If you want to discuss this, make another thread about it.

Sorry X for intruding on your thread. I really hope your friend pulls thru d00d.

What good things is there to say about an accident? What is the point of having to make 2 or 3 threads on the same topic. You know it would be closed anyways. If he wanted the thread to stay on topic then it should of been posted in the forum ON Topic otherwise what is the point of this forum if everything should stay ON topic?

It wasn't the guys fault that he was seriously injured so he should not take the blame for the accident. Like I said the guy that clipped him should be at fault. So should the truck driver speeding 50+ in a school zone which shouldn't be higher then 25 mph. And lastly and the most important is seat belt mount doesn't just disconnect there is obviously something wrong cause I've seen similiar tbones and roll overs in Nascar at 4 times the speed yet I don't see seat belts disconnecting and Nascar drivers flying out of their cars. There is nothing wrong with keeping him and his family in her prayers. But something went wrong and it should be fixed otherwise the next time the same car gets tboned the driver will fly out of his or her car cause their seat belt disconnected when it shouldn't. His family should consider suing the manufacturer of the car. Cause its strict product liability of the manufacturer to manufacture a seat belt that should keep the person in the car. Cause seat belts are supposed to be made to keep the driver inside, and it failed.

I know the kid will be alright and I pray that everything is going to be ok. We all never think the worse is going to happen to you, but in the end it can and might eventully. When it does happen we will look at life in a whole another way. Theres things I want to give up in my life but I cant, there is things in my family that I want to give up but I cant make them.and these things are going to bring nothing better then death. But in this act, the kid was innocent. I Hope to hear good news.

Casey passed last night. Please pray for his family.

and elite, the speed limit was 50 mph in this area. it is a privately owned school. and you should also let law enforcement decide who is at fault.
