I want a Shih Tzu and a Dobermann. One little tiny toy dog and one big home defense dog. Train the Shih Tzu to bark, and the Dobermann to not, so when someone breaks in thinking I have one wussy dog... they'd be in for a nasty suprise.

Besides that, it would just confuse people to walk them both together. Odd Couple style. I wonder what a Shih Tzu/Dobermann mix would be like?:naughty:
heh... with a mastif you can just get on their back and ride them around the block like a horse. plus if a mastif barks whoever hears it knows it's a huge dog and thinks twice about breakin into your ish. plus people give funny looks when your dog stands on it's hind legs and is taller than you:bigok:

Chow-Chow's are great dogs. they just get a bad rap because they're very territorial and assholes use them for fighting.

Britney (bird dogs) are slightly high strung but always good tempered. Ours is very nice. A lot has to do with the up-bringing of the dog.

My Aunt and Uncle have 2 Shit Zu's, I know how they are pretty well. I like them, but wouldn't get one because they've got them
