...well sort of. I think I figured out the ending at least. When they show him laughing on the bed, I think he's geekin out on the pills that the shrink was giving him. Durring the begining of the movie, they made a few references to how he stopped taking the pills. Also, immediatly after they showed him geekin out, they showed the shrink waking up abroptly from her sleep. Basically it seems to show how things would have been if he resorted to pills, the hype of society and the "two emotions"gig vs original portion of the movie when he allows himself to be a free thinker. He was able to concur his thoughts on the whole idea of time travel.
