Server is down.

 

was down last night.

 

so i was creating a column 2x2 of tnt last night. i got stuck down there at night. so i waited until morning to finish it. i get up to ground level and a fucking creeper jumps down my hole. I yelled out "oh shit not now." then the creeper exploded........... blowing up the whole fucking thing.

i died. but i laughed my ass off. that's what i get i guess.

 

This world is really f'd up. I am ready to start fresh.
The world is 400mb now. The map pull comes out to 38mb.

 

I wish they would release bukkit updates for pre-releases.

 

I'm going to play with MCEdit tonight and try to remove some areas that are not needed.

 

I think once 1.9 comes out, we will start a fresh world. I want to build a spawn area train station that will have tracks to all different directions.

Once we get the spawn area complete, I will change the whole spawn area to be unbreakable so nothing can mess it up.

 

If you're going Bukkit, take the old map, create a gate to it, and run parallel universes.

From there, use world edit to take chunks from the old into the new.
