out of curiousity what road were you on when you got pulled over? were you actually going 70 or was he just pulling it out of his ass? i learned my lesson a couple weeks ago when i got pulled over, looks like you just learned yours. it's really hard to do but i try my best not to drive fast anymore.

It's already a misdemeanor to just be PRESENT at the street races, not even racing...just being there spectating, or sitting in someone's car.

i got a ticket for "speed contest" couple months back. i was trying to pass a mustang 5.0 before the lanes merged and he was trying to box me out. cop pulled us both over for racing. he wrote on my ticket that i was goin 50 in a 40. the cop knows its bullshit cause if he really thought we were racing, i woulda gotten arrested and car impounded also. blah. still gotta go to court and deal with it.

car is not gone for 30 days im getting it this morning, i couldn't last night cause they were closed. i was going fast, but i dont see how he clocked me at that from where he claims he was...first he told us he was at one place, and then he told other people he was at another place...we'll see what happens

Spending a couple of hours in a lockup waiting for bail is not serving "jail time". Starting off slowly doesn't make it any more legal. Learn to drive, wussy.
