free music, full songs, easy to search,preview songs, shows the file size, quick DL time (wifi), some songs do fail but its like 1 out of 15

Basically, it makes it worse when you kill tasks. Worse battery life, and slower to get apps running again.

how would you compare it to qik?

 

i've been trying to explain to my buddy that the task killers are more harm than good to android handsets and he should stop using it but he swears up and down it fixes everything on his phone and makes his battery last forever. i gave up arguing even after showing him websites like that, he still swears its better with. Since i stopped using task killers i noticed greatly improved life

 

Tango kills quik, its like they took fringe and quik and got it right

winamp is out for android . . . excellent option to replace the generic shitty music player.

 

just rooted my incredible the other day - got the wifi tether to work (then found out there is a way to get the 2.2 3g hotspot to work without root.) disable some preloaded apps. still researching how to get custom roms and stuff

 

Wanting to root my X, but knowing my freakish self I'll research the hell out of it over the course of the next few weeks.

 

anyone care to explain ROM to a newbie ?
