Is It A Real Bear or Not?
I was speaking to DelSolGirl. I was wondering the same thing's you. I should also add that I don not condone hunting for sport. If you're gonna kill something don't just kill it for it's antlers and pelt. Use all of the usable parts.

He shouldn't have been deer hunting in the first place. The bear was the innocent party in this case.
Like I said before, hunters = :madfawk:

Perhaps I wasn't totally clear earlier - if you're hunting for survival (self-defense/avoiding starvation/feeding your family), fine. But don't abuse the privilege of being higher up on the food chain.
FTR, I do eat meat (not a lot). I used to be a vegetarian, but I was too anemic to keep it up.

I completely agree. I f***ing HATE people who kill deer for the head/antlers and leave the carcass to rot.

Incidentally, in the article this is the only part that they didn't really debunk. "The bear had killed a couple of other people." I wonder if this part was true as well? If so, How did they figure that out?
