Get a brick of cream cheese, cover with generic seafood red sauce, you know, with the horseradish, ketchup and worchestershire sauce, crab/shrimp, serve with crackers.

get some heavy cream, little bit of salsa, and jalapeño jack cheese. melt it all together for a nice sauce for your tacos or fajitas.
