I strictly used Armoral (sp?) for 3 years on my continental Touring 2000 and it dried out the side wall. I had a few different sources check it out and they said it had to have been some kind of applicant.
those tires weren't all on the same car, lol. I've have michelins and kumhos on my current car, the bf's, Hankooks and Pirelli's were on my old ef sedan. But yeah, I have heard about tire stuff saturating and breaking down tires before. This past weekend, I used No Touch foam on my tires, and they look like I just cleaned them yesterday, I may get another can of that stuff for the quickies

Damn dude, you broke it down.

Next question, how long does it take to finish ur car when you give it the full treatment? Not including cleaning the engine bay. Just the exterior and interior, how long does it take you? I can easily spend 3-5 hours on mine.
If the car has never been detailed in months to years. Then it would take about 7-10 hours by hand.

Now with the polisher, I can cut that time down to about 5 hours. But my level of detail is beyond what most people do. Ask all the So Cal cacs that has seen and touch my car's paint and they will tell you its super smooth, super shiny, and has a very slippery feeling.

I clean places that most people over look. That includes degreasing the wheel well and washing the wheel well, undercarriage, muffler, behind the rear bumper (dirt gets trapped behind there) and front bumper lip door hinges, under the trunk lid, under the hood, the crack in the rubber door seal, which gets clayed, paint cleaned, polished, and wax and when it comes to the interior, I bust out the tooth brush and Q tips. All the vents and cracks get cleaned. Basically if you can reach it or see it. Its been cleaned.

My Accord may not be fast, but it sure is clean.

another zymol user huh? I don't know if you have one, but I'd recommend investing in a decent orbital buffer. Reason being, you see how ur car shines after you finish waxing it w/Zymol? Looks like it can't get any better than that huh? Think again. After I wax it, I bust out the buffer w/fresh lambs wool bonnet, grab my bottle of Meguiars Quik Detailer, mist a panel at a time, and buff it out. Oh my gawd, the finished product is so damn sessy, you gotta try that sometime.

Yup its the stuff used for Harley's. Its actually really good carnuba wax. Very hard wax. But its extremely easy to apply cause its like vaseline. Goes on like a breeze.
