Believe me....your fenders and paint will thank me later
I've been using that stuff for hmm, 10 years now, never had issues w/it like ur describing. Maybe you shouldn't spray gobs of it on ur tires then drive off But anyways, I use Black Magic on those days when I just want to do a quick job and have the nice shine. When I want the shine to last and have some time to spend, I use Meguiar's Endurance tire gel, very good stuff:thumbup:

and that stuff ate my old Continental tires. It turned them brown and left cracks like an old engine belt...

the purple gel Meguires is my choice even though it needs to be applied. I like DIY though just cause the spray can over spray on the rim and fenders. The only bitch is that my car is so fuggin low, I need to pull forward to finish the job

why would you want to take it off? I have found that washing the tires with soap and water works just fine, I don't see a need to strip the tires before applying more protectant:dunno:

ate ur tires huh? I've had Kumho, BFGoodrich, Hankook, Pirelli, and Michelin tires, all have the Black Magic treatment and haven't had any problems with any of them, none of them turned brown, cracked or showed any adverse affects from the stuff.

must be the Continentals then

but then again...thats a lot of tires ^...:eh:

I strictly used Armoral (sp?) for 3 years on my continental Touring 2000 and it dried out the side wall. I had a few different sources check it out and they said it had to have been some kind of applicant.

Damn dude, you broke it down.

Next question, how long does it take to finish ur car when you give it the full treatment? Not including cleaning the engine bay. Just the exterior and interior, how long does it take you? I can easily spend 3-5 hours on mine.

I'd have to say 4-5 hours at least...just on the exterior.

2 or less hours on the interior tops.
