Now we have to see what the old Big 12 teams do. Texas holds all the cards right now.

The Big 10 could go to 16 real fast though.....

The PAC10 , BIG10 and the MWC will probably end up with the remaining BIG12 teams. Should interesting to watch.

Unless the Big East would decide to get proactive and go after Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, and Iowa State if the others go to the Pac 10, Big-10, MWC

That would give the BE to kick out some of the non-football teams like DePaul, Marquette, and Providence and become an even more dominant basketball and a pretty good football conference.

Big 10 is going to take some Big East teams. 5 more Big12 teams will join the Pac10. I find it funny that earlier in the week the MWC says no to expansion...but Colorado moves, they sense the shit hitting the fan....and bam...Boise State! Mountain West is serious now! Rumor has it the Big East would have to raid some Conf-USA schools to stay afloat, because the SEC and ACC will want to expand too. Mountain West is also expected to get Kansas, Iowa St, etc.

i don't see the big ten going after anyone else at this point

any teams they do add would have to be in pairs so that means finding two definite's before extending invites because if one team accepts and one declines then the league is right back in the spot they were trying to get out of with nebraska. the whole point is so there can be a big ten championship again

Damn this is crazy. Now all these teams that said they wanted to stick together (Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech) are possibly looking at different conferences. Tons of rumors going around. Texas and A&M are rumored to be going to the Pac10, Big10, and SEC.

Looks like the rest of the Big 12 teams are staying put. I'm a little disappointed, but that's life.
