need practical help v.resumes

i've got an objective statement and my skills at the top of my resume, then work experience, then education, then random awards / achievements i got from school. then references available upon request.

i was working on mine a little bit ago, just to keep things updated and came across this, seemed like good ideas to really make it look nice, but never got around to it
