you have it backwards. white poeple are white because of a lack of pigmentation. you should ask if they are gonna get darker over time. think about it like this every race except for white people have a lot of pigmentation. this is the norm not the other way around.

Evolution occurs to match conditions. I don't see any particular failure of the white race as a result of lack of melanin.

lighter black in the US and Europe is because the owners raped slaves to gain more slaves. Many Italians (mainly derived from southern italy...sicily) are darker because of african barbarians that boated across the mediteranean, conquered, and raped them thousands of years ago.

It depends. They would stay the same color IF there was no disadvantage to being black in that area. That's very arguable and I'm not even gonna make a guess.
