When you say it's freezing do you mean blue screening or just stopping?
If it's just stopping your CPU could be overheating. Heat is a big issue with Athlons and if your CPU fan isn't running or you didn't use thermal grease you could be frying your processor.

Thing just freezes... no BSOD...
I am thinking about the heat issue, but my temp levels are ok. I had the people I got the mobo and cpu from do some tests before they shipped it and they said it was ok.
Any simple way to figure out if its overheating? I know check the temp levels, but I think those might be deceiving. And I ain't touching the heatsink...
