bodybuilding.com

read everything you can there. No need to pay for a trainer or any of that.

I will also agree that a trainer is kinda a waste of money unless you have very specific needs or serious motivation problems. I got a trainer shortly after I joined the gym, and I always kinda wished I hadn't spent the money.

Well if you're really, really overweight as he says...he obviously needs some help. I didn't say he needs a trainer all the time, just someone to show him what he needs to be doing for a few sessions...nothing major. If it's that important, it's worth it...not a waste of money.

I'm an APTA and NCA certified personal trainer ... he doesn't need one.

No one does. They're full of garbage 92% of the time anyway.

Shouldnt be a huge issue working out later at night vs in the morning right?
Might be worth asking your boss if you can come in a half hour early every day and take an hour long break. Tell him you're trying to shrink your tatties, he may sympathize.

worked for him for a short period. He didn't think long term. You have to find out what works for you. Something you can do for a long time without quitting. Spanks probably worked out too much and too hard. And also had a ridiculous diet, that is why I'm guessing he quit.
