Evening all! Went to the in-laws for lunch today.

Spent a part of the afternoon finalizing my Xbox 360 mods, went to the gym, now watching UFC113 on a 2nd monitor.

Just got my hands on the new Sonic The Hedgehog 4, 2 months early. We'll see how this goes. I have high hopes.

The woman made me banana pancakes this morning, then I went on a long hike with my mom for mom's day, and did some yard work.

if you had a client, who wanted to buy a house, that was listed with another agent from your company, would you try to get them the best price?

Thanks Lawerence, I've just been doing different stuff. Thankfully not somewhere crappy overseas though. I couldn't keep dumping money into a ride so I got something practical. Found an awesome girlfriend and now I'm just chillin for the most part.

Is that the 24th or the 31st? I think that chick from NC will be here the 31st weekend but we can all meet up for some brew.

Played a round of golf this afternoon, was a little cold outside but I pretty much had the course to myself which was sweet.

I try to get my buyers the best price no matter what. If it's not your agent's listing, it probably makes no difference to him/her how much it sells for. Most companies have designated brokerage (meaning your agent acts as your agent, but doesn't act as an agent to every client the company has). In that case in-company transactions work pretty much the same as if they were two separate companies.
