ehhh ... TECHNICALLY he stole the flag so i see the issue there ... by the sounds of it he didnt just take it down ... he took it down and kept it. stealing is stealing
I also am ok with people celebrating the whole cinco de mayo stuff just so long as stuff where they try to second stage something like the american flag. the fact the flag was hanging for one day ... big deal it is a celebration of a culture no matter how back ass the celebration has become.
