Default Got an air compressor

Hello all.
I got an air compressor as a gift, and I'm wondering if it will power a small 3/8 drive impact wrench to do simple things like lugs and PITA bolts.

Here's the compressor:

If anyone has any experience/insight, that'd be great.

Yep but it's gonna cycle a lot. Park it outside when you use it, they tend to be loud inside.

You might run into trouble if you need to use it for more than a few seconds. That compressor is rated for 2.4 SCFM @ 90 PSI, and impacts can take anywhere from 2.5 to over 5 scfm. When you go to get a gun, look for one that's closer to the 2.5 end of the spectrum.

The impact I want has an average scfm usage of 3.5.

Ya. But I think if it'll drive that little impact wrench, even with cycling, then it'll work for my needs.

I've got a friend who has a shop and has professional grade compressor/impact tools, and he lets me use it when I do anything serious like timing belt, suspension work.
