You might run into trouble if you need to use it for more than a few seconds. That compressor is rated for 2.4 SCFM @ 90 PSI, and impacts can take anywhere from 2.5 to over 5 scfm. When you go to get a gun, look for one that's closer to the 2.5 end of the spectrum.
