for example, i started at 95lbs also. within 6 months, i was able to do 205lbs, but i was stuck at that weight for a few months. gradually i was able to hit 225, where i was stuck for another period. just recently i've been able to do 245 comfortably, with a spotter of course. ultimately i'd like to hit 3 plates (315lbs), but i don't know if i can do it at this body weight (it would be nearly double my weight).

I do these as well and have very good luck building both strength and mass. This was also with a creatine supplement.
