Default HELP!!!! Can't get Winows 2000 to load a printer at all!!!!

I put Win2k on my old compaq that I gave to my mom a while ago, and she didn't have a printer for the longest time, so I got her a HP 940, but if won't let me install it or ANY PRINTER AT ALL ......I don't get it... it says "printer subsources are dangerously low, blah blah blah" or some sh!t.....

Please help!! thank you....

How much RAM do you have? How about virtual memory size? System services? Too many things loaded at start up?
