the only thing administration has with printers are the permissions......if u are the admin by defaul u have full control over the printers which is a permission to let u install it and manage it and manage documents but u are able to install it.....but when u do its not letting u becasue of low resources it says....
when do u get this message, at what step...after u select the printer and its trying to install the drivers or is it when the drivers are already installed and the print spooler is trying to start....?
remove all printers from control panel/printers, shut down, unplug printer, boot up, shut down, plug in printer, boot up. windows should then find the printer
