daaang dave, good pickup. don't know how much it set you back but you said it wasn't too bad. nice garage and a lot of yard space (front and back). it's got a lot of potential and seems like it could be fun sprucing the place up with the woman.

sweet. i love wood stoves, want one in my place sooo bad. I'd much rather chop some wood and keep a fire going than paying out the ass for gas.

Nice grab, plenty of potential.

Throw that fireplace out in the garage. Plenty of wood to stay warm working on projects at night/winter.
