The fiancee has a realtor who she bought the current place from, her mom bought several places from, and who helped us put the current place on the market in our aborted 3-month attempt to sell this condo right at the beginning of the housing crash. So Vicki has some history there and doesn't want to get a new realtor. But if things don't work out with this realtor, I'll give you a ring.

daaang dave, good pickup. don't know how much it set you back but you said it wasn't too bad. nice garage and a lot of yard space (front and back). it's got a lot of potential and seems like it could be fun sprucing the place up with the woman.
