if it takes 40 hours to get through then the game is totally worth it, lots of cut scenes or not.


how necessary would you say the guide is for this game drew

I generally buy the guide for FF for a number of reasons.
1.) in case I get stuck I can work through it with the guide (gamefaqs doesn't help since the pictures are a LARGE help)
2.) Helps you find the harder stuff if you are looking to complete all the side missions
3.) It is often a collector's item should you want to sell the game in the future.

I want clarification on e39's post about PS3 maybe running it at a better resolution than x360

Yeah, I'd like to confirm that 100% true as well - I did read that they had to compress everything to get it onto a few xbox disks, so if that is going to effect audio and video quality - ps3 edition it is.

if htey had to compress it the quality will def not be as good

that's the offside of video and audio compression. quality degrades as compression increases
