Default $69 Supercharger...

I saw an ad in SCC about a $69 supercharger. It claims it bolts on in 5 minutes, and that it gains 30 hp and 30% gas mileage. Scam or not?

it's complete crap.....it's just a small blower/fan that runs off of electricity.....so weak it more than likely impedes airflow and hurts you....completely not worth it

I sold my Greddy turbo kit and bought this instead. Same power output, but now I have an extra $1300 in my pocket so I can go buy altezza's and other goodies :naughty:

actually, the add in SCC isn't even for one that runs off electricity. It's just a static set of blades that doesn't move and claimes that it makes the air and fuel mix better. SCC tested it and lost 1/2 hp.
