lets say that fan is using 10W of power. when they say you gain 30hp lets assume your car puts 100hp at the wheel.

there is no way a 10W will generate 30whp. it's like the fan is converting that 10W into 3000W. it's physically not possible. (rough math but you get the point)

in other words SCAM.
