Do weighted pushups...throw a 25 on your shoulders and do some pushups...if you can

I prefer to put my car on my back and do it that way. The added weight really helps me feel my muscles flex hard. The only problem is my oil pan has a little leak and gets the back of my shirt real messy and the shocks squeek when the wheels come off the floor.
