home audio crew v.speakerbars
Ya, your Samsung remote will work with the Samsung soundbar. You may want to consider a warranty on the sound bar. I have seen a few of them break. Our display model broke twice. The subwoofer stopped working.....
bought one for my sister as a christmas present and have listened to a few different ones
being somewhat of a picky ear...i would never use ANY soundbar in my own set up
lack of dynamic (obviously) and the simulated surround sound just doesn't do it for me
if you want something just to enhance the movie experience and don't want to bother w/ wires...then these will do
just don't expect more out of it

Build in TV speakers are notoriously bad, especially in Samsungs. So any external speakers, surround or not, will make a HUGE difference. Everything will sound totally different, in a good way.
i agree w/ ya
but do read my post carefully
I did.
All I'm saying is that it'll do a whole lot more then just enhance the movie experience. It'll enhance the sports experience, the news experience, the Olympics experience, The Office experience, and the porn experience. And those are just a few of the experiences it'll enhance.

I read quite a bit about these on avsforums and it seemed like the sony htct100 soundbar was the best bang for your buck.
keep your eye on slickdeals refurbs come on sale often for around $150 iirc

Thats the Sony that I talked about. It sucks. I've sold 3 of them in the last month, and everyone has come back because people say they can't hear the subwoofer at all.
