I graduated high school at 160lbs, 5 years after highschool, i hit 220lbs. I'm 5'10". Now i'm at 210, slowly dropping weight, working out and trying not to eat and drink as much since i'm in this little cube all day everyday.

I'm 6'3-4 ish and used to weigh 170lbs. Most people thought I was too skinny. Before my office job I got up to 200lbs. After office job I now weigh 235lbs. Some people think that I'm at an ideal weight for my height but I want to be back down to 200-210lbs.

I changed everything. I joined the Marines so started forcing myself to run everyday almost. I had a great running partner so it was easy after a week. Running changed my diet so I was eating 5 or 6 small meals a day, and again I was living with my running and workout partner so we made sure we both ate healthy the whole time... plus I was working out virtually every day over the summer... and some supplements. It was just an amazing summer.

I lost like 10lbs since I moved down to Orlando over the past 2 months though, prolly just from running and being poor so not eating a ton all the time.
