Sorry I didn't post this last week on here...figured now is as good as ever.

Last Friday my 08 Odyssey was stolen out of my driveway. Bastards used a tow truck just like you would a repo. Only thing is...my car wasn't set to be repossessed and is all paid up. Great thing to wake up to - > Drag marks down the driveway!

Thankfully the S2000 was in the garage. Now, the waiting game begins...investigators have nothing to go on. The local tow companies all came back clean.

 

thats fucked up. an 08 of all things. probably getting shipped overseas or some shit.

wow. i've never heard of people straight up using tow trucks to haul their stolen cars. sucks, man hope you get comp'ed real good

 

Yes, full coverage and gap coverage. Takes upwards of 2 months to replace though. We have a rental car right now. Even the gated communities don't feel safe

I guess mistaken repos and fake repos are very common these days. People don't even make a sound when they see their neighbors cars go b/c of the economy.
