why do the conversion on an lx?

I'm just going to do the conversion when I swap. No need to waste more money than I do already

as far as the shift points, if you use honda auto tranny fluid its designed for a smooth shift thats why it sounds like its riding a clutch when it shifts, if you want to get rid of that use redline atf. i used it and my car shifts faster then it used to some people thought my car was a 5speed with a short shifter. redline atf is really good on the heat thing too. my shifter doesnt get hot anymore. you need 3 bottles, they usually run about 8-10 a bottle though.

I've always been reluctant to shift down to 2 when moving. I'll ride in 2 when I'm stuck in rush-hour traffic, but thats it.

you could never realize the potential of the downshifting sound with an automatic.
