what were the allies firing at? not to be naive, but it really looks like they're just target practicing against the buildings. no offense, seriously. it also seems that way because u cant hear/see any incoming.

That is some good shit right there.
A similar thing happened to us over in Ramadi, where our patrol got ambushed at night. even with us having NGV's, you still cant really see shit. Half the time it was just suppressive fire so we could get the hell outta dodge, the other half you can see 20-35 people around you with AK's and RPG's, so then you start firing even more. Spray and pray is right
