I got the helios and the Emaxx for free, so putting some money to get them to fly is all good.

On the lost package, i had a friend that order a package, they left it at the door of his apartment, he called the company and the shipping company (Fedex) they said tough shit. he was pissed.

why? what kind of delievery service just leave a parcel outside like that? the risk of theft is kind of obvious.

It depends on what the shipment is. Some require signature, some don't.

I dont think i've ever dealt with those non signature. I'd hate for my stuff to be so easy to steal.

Delivery companies should ALWAYS err on the side of safety including never leaving packages by the door unless a note specifically tells them it is OK.

I don't mind it if the driver uses common sense, like if its a private door and the risk of theft is low leave the fucking package. But if you are leaving it in the shittiest city in the US, you better damn sure have a reason. I would contest that charge on my credit card because that is total bullshit.
