I only drink our EAS protein shakes after a work out. No need to be wasting in when Im sitting around doing nada.

Before taking a Protein Shake, you need to be a little bit more clear on exactly what you are trying to accomplish.

How do you expect them to "work"?

What's up with Force Factor? It's all over the internet and it has Nitric Oxide... Is that suppose to be good for you?

costco has the Designer or some namebrand that works good for me. I'm only having a shake right after I lift on my lifting days.

Are you watching QVC again?

I have an APEX shake after a workout. I'm with Craig and only use it after I workout...otherwise it is kind of a waste
