I make over 60k a year and I manage to get through life with out a damn cell phone just fine. I might as well give up my good job and have everything just handed to me. When it was just me and my mom and we were poor as fuck we didn't have this kind of federal assistance. I fought tooth and nail for every dime, nickel and opportunity that came my way and managed to become successful. So here is my suggestion, instead of subsidizing cellular plans with my tax dollars, how about we come up with a way to get these people jobs.

I agree with this man.

The government already subsidizes land lines, why not cell phones? And, the income limits for this are ridiculous....

I'd have to make less than $30k for my whole family to qualify....if I was trying to support a family on that kind of income, I'd need all the help I can get!
