Default Damn Dell :madr:

So I am trying to install a new copy of Windows 7 and I cannot do it because when I try to format my HDD from Dell it is reserved by the OEM so Windows won't reformat it. :madr:

Now I'm on the phone with Dell and have been on hold for quite some time...eating away my cell minutes even er now.

Anyone have a way around teh stupid OEM HDD reservation? And of course I can't right click on the HDD and hit format since it is running windows currently.

Stupid ruts. And I don't want to upgrade to 7...I want a fresh install.

Ok, Download this, burn to Cd, boot to it, and use boot and nuke.

I've personally used this CD before.

Got XP CD to delete the partitions. Peace Dell bullshit!

But DAMN 7 is huge. It is expanding Windows files and only at 8%...took like 5 minutes to get there hahaha.

And Arby Sauce, I only have 450 minutes...I can't go ballin like you when I don't have solid income hfawk:

It was the most annoying thing ever...wouldn't even let me delete the partitions on the Windows 7 disc...had to use XP....

Oh well...all is fine now. My screen says Setup is writing registry keys
